  Shipping & Return Policies
 

Shipping:

 

Shipping and delivery days are Monday - Friday, with the exception of applicable holidays.  All items are shipped to your curbside.  Curbside Delivery is a few feet past the rear of the delivery truck to a first floor or garage. We also offer set up and assembly on all of our items, Ask one of our sales representatives for more details.  Delivery times may vary, and are usually within 1-4 weeks.

 

Shipping will calculate on the first page of the checkout process.


Free Pick-Up:

You can also arrange to pick-up your order at no additional charge. The price you see on the product listing is your final price. No additional shipping charges will apply when you pick-up your order from our local outlet. Call 908-337-1700 or e-mail for more details.

 

Damages:

 


Thoroughly inspect the package and its contents prior to signing for delivery. Please keep in mind that while the outside packaging might appear damaged, the actual contents of your package might have been successfully protected by the cushioning materials inside the container and be perfectly intact. Do not refuse the order based only on an external inspection of the packaging. If the damage is not noted on the shipping documents the manufacturer may not be able to supply you with free replacements. In the event an item is damaged in shipping you must note the damage on the driver’s bill of lading (delivery receipt) and contact us immediately.  Please save all packing materials.   Delay in notifying us or not noting damage on the shipper’s bill of lading (delivery receipt) will result in your item not being covered.  Do not refuse the item.  Please note that if your order is refused, it will generally be viewed as a return and credit will be issued under our return policy. Email us immediately at with pictures of the damaged item and all packaging materials.

In the event an item is damaged in shipping you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.  

 

Item Availability:

 

Because some of our items are imported, delays may occur from time to time.  In the event an item is back ordered, we will notify you immediately of an expected delivery date.  If an item is no longer available, you will be given the opportunity to select an alternative item or cancel your order.  

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Orders placed on our online store are charged and processed quickly. Once we receive your order, we immediately  process the order for shipment from our stock. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of orders being placed if item has not shipped**.

 

Please note that a 5% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.

 

**Items that have shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may take an advantage of our Return Policy.

 

Returns:

 

Returns are gladly accepted on non-custom items for 15 days less shipping & handling and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Make sure you keep all of the packing materials that come with your items.  Items must be returned to us undamaged to qualify for a refund.  All mattress/fanation sales are non-returnable.  Contact us via e-mail or at 908-337-1700 and we will give you further instructions on how to process your return. 

 If you return your furniture with authorization, you are responsible for Return Shipping Fees which are not the same cost as your original delivery charge. The Return Shipping Fee is estimated at 15 - 25% of the purchase price. The actual charge will be deducted from your refund which will be refunded after we receive the shipment in good order. If you decide to return your furniture, a 20% restocking fee will apply for all returned merchandise, plus actual shipping charges to receive the product from the manufacturer, plus all shipping charges to return the furniture to the manufacturer.

Want to Exchange Your Order? You may exchange your original purchase for other items of equal or greater value if the furniture received is undamaged and in the original condition and packaging and delivered back to the same warehouse or where it was locally delivered from. The 20% restocking fee does not apply to exchanges of merchandise for equal or greater value. You must pay any additional shipping charges to return your furniture to the manufacturer and pay for additional shipping charges to deliver your exchanged furniture back to your home or local furniture outlet.

Defective Merchandise:

 

All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 48 hours.  If the item requires assembly and assembly has been attempted, it will not be covered.  Imperfections and defects are not reasons for returning merchandise and are the dealer’s responsibility to correct.  Replacement parts will be sent at no charge to you.   If the manufacturer determines at their sole discretion that replacement parts will not resolve the trouble, replacement merchandise will be sent at no charge to you.


Warranty:
All products come with a standard warranty against manufacturers defect. Most manufacturers offer a 1 year warranty against defects. We only select the finest manufacturers with top reputations for quality assurance.  We strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer's warranty
